15 Journal prompts to help you Reset to Radiance

I started my journaling journey this past year. Like meditation, I heard journaling could be life-changing, and similar to when I started my meditation practice, I thought, I don’t have time. I don’t have time is probably the one excuse we all use too often that actually creates more clutter and takes up more time! We use the phrase, “I don’t have time or I’m too busy all the time!” Yet, we are still all too busy and we all don’t seem to have time, it’s interesting, isn’t it? What I’ve learned about meditation and journaling, is that it’s given me back time. Meditation gives me inner peace, a connection to my true self, and journaling allows me to take it one step further. I am able to process, open new pathways, and clear out the clutter. When we bring peace to our inner world and we journal, we let go of clutter and open ourselves to clarity and what we truly desire. We let go of what is holding us back and making us feel heavy, and instead let in openness, love, abundance, and space. We open up new pathways that are endless. You make time and space for what matters, YOU, and those you love.

Maybe you’re interested in journaling, however, are not sure where to start. Like meditation, there is no right or wrong, it’s your journey, a free flow. A space for bringing up your true authentic self and letting go of what you no longer desire. It’s like a Dear Diary entry every day! I remember as a teen I had a diary and I used to write down all my thoughts and feelings, it was so healing. We are coming home to our Diary.

Not sure where to start? Here are 15 journal prompts to get you going. You can always come back to this list whenever you need to. I can’t wait to hear about what unfolds in your journal writing.
